Acqua de Luxe Beachwear is a slow-fashion, Miami-based Brazilian swimwear brand that specializes in ultra-chic swim selections for women. Our authentic Brazilian-made swimsuits crafted out of the finest quality fabrics and textiles available are produced at our factory in Brazil, staffed entirely by local women. We have sustainable principles interwoven into our philosophy and do not work with mass production to avoid waste.

Job Summary:

As a Wholesale Sales and Events Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by expanding the company's presence in retail stores, as well as prospecting new Hotels for our pop-up shops. This part-time position is results-oriented, focusing on achieving and surpassing sales targets while promoting our products to potential retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach:
  • Identify and research potential retail stores.
  • Conduct outreach to establish connections with decision-makers at prospective stores.
  • Present the company's product offerings and advantages to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Set and work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously track and analyze sales performance.
  • Implement strategies to meet or exceed established goals.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and opportunities.
  • Suggest adjustments to the sales strategy based on market feedback.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and account information.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and achievements.
  • Coordinate with the office team to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Networking:
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
  • Utilize networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
