Responsibilities

• Vendor and Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with vendors and tenants.
• Budget Preparation: Prepare detailed annual operating budgets.
• Rent Collection: Ensure the professional and timely collection of rent.
• Tenant Requests: Respond to tenant requests promptly and professionally.
• Invoice Processing: Manage the processing of invoices and vendor setup.
• Expense Reporting: Prepare monthly expense variance reports.
• Capital Expenditures: Oversee capital expenditures, including the selection and oversight of third-party vendors.
• Event Management: Coordinate and manage onsite events.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts.
• Leasing Support: Collaborate with the leasing team to tour prospective tenants through available spaces.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial property management. Experience in retail property management is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Yardi software is preferred. Strong knowledge of budgets and general accounting functions.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
