Summary:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
  • Manage social media accounts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and support overall business objectives.
  • Explore and implement new social media tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and reach.
  • Manage social media budget and track expenses.
  • Develop and grow a comprehensive influencer program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Experience creating and adhering to brand standards
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) and Hubspot’s Social Hub.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Proficient in content creation.

Preferred:

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools.
