Job Title : Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications and systems.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Document and report bugs, track their resolution, and perform re-tests.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide input on testing strategies and timelines.
• Monitor and analyze test results to ensure software stability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
