Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree and seven or more years of IT or business work experience required.
• Seven or more years of increasingly complex project management experience.
• Project management industry best practice certifications (e.g., Scaled Agile Scrum Master, PMI PMP, PMBOK, ACP) preferred.
• Retail experience is a MUST.
• Expertise with packaged software (i.e., ERP, Retail, etc.) implementations.
• Solid skills in managing vendors.
• Ability to provide oversight over multiple locations.
• Strong project budgeting and project scheduling experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
• Knowledge of IT systems, emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within the IT domain.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, governance standards, and industry-specific regulations related to IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management scheduling tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc. preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate complex risks associated with high-impact projects and guide decisions around that.
