In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You’ll play a key role in managing production teams, optimizing machine performance , and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams, providing coaching, guidance, and hands-on training to ensure high performance.
• Oversee inline injection molding and thermoforming processes, ensuring machines run efficiently and meet production goals.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure and compliant work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and operational issues , coordinating maintenance when necessary.
• Analyze production data and workflow , identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, optimize resources, and support company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inline injection molding and thermoforming techniques.
• Ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Pay

$26.00 - $30.00 Per Hour DOE

Schedule

Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday - Thursday
