Missouri Farm Bureau , the state’s largest farm organization, is seeking a dynamic Chief Administrative Officer to drive strategic growth, inspire teams, and strengthen our mission to serve farmers and rural Missourians.

What You’ll Do

• Promote Members’ Interests : Identify the needs of Missouri Farm Bureau Federation members and advocate for solutions that support agriculture and rural businesses.
• Foster a Favorable Political Climate : Build relationships and champion policies that strengthen agriculture and business at both state and national levels.
• Shape Organizational Policy : Advise the President and Board of Directors on effective policies and strategies to serve members’ evolving needs.
• Lead Staff Execution : Ensure policies and programs are implemented effectively, driving membership growth and active member participation.
• Assist in General Management : Partner with the President in overseeing Federation operations, budget development, staff leadership, and day-to-day decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Education : Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Business, Public Administration, or related field.

• Experience : 5+ years in leadership roles within Federation, political, or public relations activities.

• Skills : Strategic thinker, excellent communicator, strong leader with proven organizational expertise.
