This position is ideal for someone experienced with infant care, who’s open to maintaining schedules and providing light housework and meal prep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infant Care: Provide attentive care for an infant, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
• Schedule Maintenance: Help maintain the baby’s schedule for feeding, sleeping, and activities.
• Light Housework: Assist with meal planning, prep, and light housekeeping for the family.
• Family Support: Provide flexibility to accommodate additional hours when needed.
• Date Nights: Support regular date nights for the family, either weekly or bi-weekly.

Requirements:

• Infant Care Experience: Previous experience in infant care (feeding, sleeping, and activity routines).
• Flexibility: Availability from 9 AM to 5 PM for two non-consecutive days between Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday.
• Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a nurturing caregiving role.
• Meal Prep: Comfortable with meal planning and light housework tasks.

Preferences:

• Montessori Knowledge: Familiarity with Montessori practices is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish): Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
