Job Description

We are a renowned law firm with a rich history of advocating for the rights of individuals. We are seeking a talented and driven Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado.

What You'll Do:

Represent clients in Workers' Compensation claims, from initial intake to hearings and appeals.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including petitions, responses, and briefs.
Advise and guide clients on their legal rights and options.
Supervise and mentor junior legal staff.
Contribute to the growth and development of the Workers' Compensation practice area.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What You Bring:

3+ years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Colorado.
Admission to the Colorado bar in good standing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a1 team.
