International Marketing Manager
Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Ann Arbor area).
Work Environment: Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with flexible work-from-anywhere options on Mondays and Fridays. Remote work or "travel-in-as-needed" arrangements are not available for this role.
Compensation: $115,000-$130,000 annual salary, plus a 15% performance-based bonus.
Direct Reports: None at this time.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international stakeholders, drive innovative solutions, and optimize performance in partnership with third-party delivery platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Development of Tools (60%)
Tool Selection and Implementation:
Evaluate and select tools, platforms, and partners to meet business objectives and market trends.
Design tools and provide comprehensive training to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success on third-party aggregator platforms.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing optimizations as needed.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with agreements and leveraging innovations.
Stay informed about vendor roadmaps and new features to drive continuous improvement.
2. Develop Best Practices and Share Knowledge (30%)
Establish processes to standardize communication and information-sharing across international marketing teams.
Identify gaps, needs, and opportunities, ensuring alignment of tools and strategies.
Drive collaboration across stakeholders to optimize processes and solutions.
3. Coordinate Digital Marketing Meetings and Summits (10%)
Lead the planning and execution of meetings and summits from both administrative and content perspectives.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
Experience:
5-7 years in digital marketing, with experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) marketing or working directly with third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats).
Expertise in digital paid media strategies and consulting.
Skills:
Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies.
