Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns efficiently.
Document customer interactions and update records using CRM software.
Work collaboratively with the support team to improve processes and meet performance goals.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, chat support, or a related field.
Experience in handling multiple chat sessions simultaneously is preferred.
Familiarity with remote work and chat-based communication platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using live chat tools (e.g., Zendesk Chat, LiveChat, Intercom).
Comfortable navigating CRM systems and other support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk).
Strong typing speed and accuracy (typing speed of at least 50 WPM preferred).
Communication Skills:
Excellent written communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Strong ability to interpret and resolve customer issues in real time.
