As we continue to scale our AI-driven healthcare solutions, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our Virtual Care Assistant (VCA) and AI Ambient Scribe (Aura). You will help healthcare organizations transform their operations by seamlessly integrating AI technology, optimizing processes, and improving clinical efficiency and patient care. Collaborating with sales, product, and clinical teams, you will create a smooth, value-driven experience for customers, ensuring our solutions have a lasting, positive impact on their practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI Adoption Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that promote the successful adoption of our products, guiding healthcare practices through the transition to AI-enhanced workflows, while reducing friction and ensuring a strong ROI.
Healthcare Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable processes for clinic onboarding, training, and ongoing success management that align with healthcare workflows and compliance needs.
Clinical Impact Metrics: Identify and track key success metrics that focus on improving clinical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice ROI, showcasing the measurable impact of our AI solutions.
Clinical Partnership Development: Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure that our strategies align with best practices and enhance healthcare delivery goals.
Customer Journey Enhancement: Map and refine the customer journey from traditional care to AI-enabled services, identifying opportunities to streamline the adoption process and enhance value.
Voice of Healthcare Program: Build and manage a program to collect, analyze, and act on feedback from clinicians and staff to continuously improve our products and services.
Success Team Development: Work closely with the customer success team to help scale the organization, including creating playbooks and best practices tailored to healthcare needs.
What We're Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in customer success, including at least 2 years managing strategic accounts or leading customer success teams.
Strategic Thinking: A strong track record of creating and executing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Process Excellence: Proven ability to build and optimize scalable processes that deliver exceptional customer success.
Data Analysis: Experience using data to demonstrate customer value and ROI.
Guidance: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Change Management: Experience helping organizations navigate technological change and transformation.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort with understanding and communicating the value of AI technologies within healthcare settings.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and clinical teams.
Nice to Have

Healthcare Technology: Experience working with healthcare organizations or healthcare technology products.
AI/ML Experience: Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and their application in enterprise settings.
Tool Expertise: Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Segment, Vitally) and data visualization tools.
Clinical Setting Knowledge: Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
Product-Led Growth: Experience supporting product-led growth initiatives in B2B software.
