Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective clients regarding property and casualty insurance.
• Conduct consultative reviews and analyses of clients' existing policies to identify needs and present tailored options.
• Maintain timely follow-up with clients and manage data effectively in our Pipeline system.
• Foster and develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage to existing clients to meet their evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in an insurance agency, preferably in a commercial lines capacity.
• Strong understanding of property and casualty policies, coverage definitions, and risk management.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Consistently punctual and prepared to handle assigned duties.
• Active 220 or 440 insurance license is required.
