Join an influential team as a Program Manager focused on brand strategy work in 2025.
As a program manager, you will apply strategic, analytical, and creative thinking to solve challenges. You will support the planning and delivery of brand strategy and activation.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, problem solving, priority management and the ability to execute/implement across the enterprise. We are looking for an experienced and organized person who can operate in a changing environment and highly matrixed organization.Key accountabilities include:
Influence the rollout and implementation of brand identity and migration strategies across the enterprise
Partner with marketing, legal, technology other key stakeholders to understand dependencies and execute strategies
Interface with internal and external partners in coordination of brand projects
Socialize and educate internal and external teams on strategic operational objectives and project implementation
Proactively manage a complex set of priorities and processes to keep the project and team delivering on time
Measure, monitor and communicate progress and risks through the creation and management of project plans and dashboards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
SKILLS:
You must be highly motivated, driven to succeed, have proven communication and organization skills and have demonstrated expertise in a matrixed environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager who can comfortably create process where a playbook may not exist, who understands how to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems, and who executes with poise and precision on enterprise initiatives.
5+ years of experience program management, project management, agency management, marketing, brand strategy or related field
Experience with project management methodologies, tools/dashboards, Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and more; SharePoint experience a plus
A passion for problem solving, partnering across teams, and willingness to flag and work through barriers to progress
Ability to effectively manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and priorities to accurately track activities
Well-honed interpersonal skills, enabling partnership with others to effectively inform and influence while building trust
Experienced in anticipating, understanding, and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders; experience collaborating with agencies and creative resources a plus
Ability to translate business and brand strategies into measurable action, and liaise with marketing, legal, technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver on time
Oral and written communication skills, including ability to distill complex information into executive summaries
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Effective under pressure and ability to drive forward within ambiguity
LOCATION:
This can be a fully remote role open to candidates across the US.
Candidates commutable to the Bloomfield, CT may work in-office, as needed

Bachelor’s Degree
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $47.00-$63.00/ ph
