We have exciting opportunity for established Apparel Manufacturer seeking to hire Associate Designer to join their team.

As an Women's Associate Designer, you will work alongside design team to assist in researching inspiration, developing new apparel designs, sketching concepts, and creating technical packages while overseeing sample development.

Associate Designer Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and gather inspiration to contribute to a cohesive seasonal concept, while staying updated on emerging trends and market insights.
• Assist in developing flats and sketches for various designs, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and vision.
• Prepare components for design presentations, including sketch boards and production meeting materials.
• Collaborate effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with external partners.
• Participate in sample review sessions, providing input, feedback, and necessary updates to sketches.

Associate Designer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in apparel design, preferably within the missy category.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, prints, colors, and trims.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
