We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our lead generation efforts within the legal industry.

Job Summary:

The Vendor Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with lead generation vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing vendor performance to maximize lead flow and ROI for our legal clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the legal marketing landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a data-driven approach to vendor management.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new lead generation vendors specializing in the legal industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal value and performance.
  • Monitor vendor performance, track key metrics (e.g., cost per lead, conversion rates), and address any performance issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging lead generation technologies.

Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Oversee the quality and quantity of leads generated, ensuring they meet our clients' specific needs.
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team to integrate vendor-generated leads into our overall marketing strategy.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze lead generation data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure vendor effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on vendor performance and lead generation metrics.
  • Utilize data to inform vendor selection, contract negotiations, and campaign optimization.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to align vendor strategies with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management or a similar role, preferably within the legal marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation principles and best practices in the legal field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with legal marketing regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Existing relationships with lead generation vendors in the legal industry.

Work Environment and Sponsorship Notice:

This position is fully on-site at our office location. Remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role. Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.
