Role Purpose
Digital Technology Experience (DTX), Change Activation team is made up of advisors and strategic partners that drive transformative changes and product adoption within Digital Technology (DT), ServiceNow and our customers. DT creates products and services that make our employees world work, and Change Activation brings those to life. Working with our Product, UX and cross-functional business partners, this role helps drive our Digital Technology Experience strategy and influence adoption of our products and services. This role will also activate organizational effectiveness programs to continually advance the experience of our ServiceNow employees.
