Staff Data Scientist at a glance We're seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join our agile, cross-functional team as a technical leader. As a Staff Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes, and serve as a mentor to junior data scientists, contributing to the expansion and development of our data science capabilities at Kraft Heinz.
What's on the menu? - Lead complex data science projects from conception to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive business value.
- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and design solutions
- Explore and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions
- Develop systematic approaches to deliver value-add solutions
- Create repeatable, interpretable, and scalable models and statistical products

- I have expertise in implementing ML and AI algorithms in Python and/or R
- I have fluency in SQL
- I have experience prototyping models using simulation and optimization software
- I have a strong understanding of machine learning, data wrangling, and exploratory analysis
- I have the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-impact results
- I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

New Hire Base Salary Range Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
