Hours: Full-time 9AM – 6PM, including occasional weekend shift coverage (compensated with time off)

Travel: Possible initial travel to London for training

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Representative with at least 4 years of B2B experience. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets strict deadlines, and understands client needs. Fluency in English is required, along with fluency in either Italian or German. This role is part of our core team in New York City, supporting both North American and European clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing time-sensitive inquiries via phone and email.
  2. Provide technical and workflow support on our VDR platform while proactively solving client issues.
  3. Conduct detailed client training sessions to ensure proper use of platform functionalities.
  4. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
  5. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines for critical projects and data handling tasks.
  6. Collaborate with global teams across New York, London, India, and other locations.
  7. Handle USB archive production with meticulous quality control and secure data delivery.
  8. Maintain precise records for tracking, reporting, and billing.
  9. Provide weekend shift coverage, compensated with time off.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 4 years of B2B customer service experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or financial services.
  2. Fluency in English and either Italian or German (written and spoken).
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  5. Strong client-focused mindset, anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions.
  6. Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a high-stakes environment.
  7. High level of accountability and ownership in client interactions.
  8. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and support complex software platforms.
