LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking TWO highly motivated Senior Account Managers to drive business growth in a multi-state territory on the east coast for one of our manufacturing clients. Ideal candidates MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINS OF INT AIRPORT IN CST OR EST. They must comfortable with extensive travel, averaging 75%, with the potential for overnight stays three nights per week. MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN B2B SALES with HVAC Products and/or Appliances.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and expand into new industries.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including maintenance and operations leaders in steel, aluminum, and other industrial markets.
• Expand customer base in core industries while cultivating opportunities in power generation, tire and rubber, cement, chemical processing, and mining sectors.
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits, virtual meetings, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
• Partner with inside sales teams to track and update customer activities in the CRM system.
• Review and manage quotations, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows to promote capabilities and build brand recognition.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or a related technical/business field.
• 5+ years of industrial sales experience, with demonstrated success in revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and market trends in the HVAC and/or Appliance industry.
• Strong technical aptitude in machining, assembly, testing, or measurement processes for manufacturing.
• Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate customer environments.
• Self-directed with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

• Established network within industrial manufacturing or OEM sectors.
• Track record of expanding sales in industrial markets, including steel and aluminum producers.
• Familiarity with industrial sales cycles and customer relationship management tools.

Salary: $85-120,000

Bonus: 15% variable
