Job Title: Kitchen Designer/Sales Representative

Location: Patchogue, NY (Home Depot Studio)

Salary: Base $18.85 per hour, with uncapped commissions (OTE over $90,000 annually)

About the Role:

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Kitchen Designer/Sales Representative at a leading kitchen retail brand expanding with studios inside Home Depot locations. In this role, you'll help customers design their dream kitchens using cutting-edge technology, all while providing an exceptional customer experience.

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Engage with customers to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences.
• Utilize advanced design technology to create customized kitchen layouts, offering over 50 million combinations of styles, colors, and sizes.
• Drive sales in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment while building lasting relationships with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous sales experience (preferably in a retail or design setting), with a passion for learning.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
