Position Title: RPA Financial Operations Analyst

Division: Redhawk Administrative Services.

Location: Hybrid.

Position Summary:

The RPA Financial Operations Analyst provides Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer support to design, implement, and manage automation solutions for the Department of the Navy (DON).

**Position is dependent upon contract award, candidate government acceptance and pass government security investigation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

RPA Development & Design:

  • Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Analyze and assess existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Create reusable components and workflows to ensure scalability and maintainability of RPA bots.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and process mapping with stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.

Testing & Deployment:

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automation solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of RPA solutions, including code, workflows, and user guides.
  • Deploy and maintain RPA bots in production environments.

Optimization and Maintenance:

  • Continuously monitor RPA bots and processes to identify potential improvements and performance bottlenecks.
  • Perform regular updates, enhancements, and optimizations on RPA bots to ensure they meet business requirements and operate efficiently.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure RPA solutions adhere to organizational standards and governance frameworks.
  • Follow security and compliance guidelines when developing automation solutions.


Education, Clearance and Experience Requirements:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, and/or, Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Managerial Finance, or other related field.

Clearance:

  • Active Secret or have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Experience:

  • Nine (9) years relevant experience supporting RPA Development efforts.
  • Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role with hands-on experience in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.
  • Experience with cognitive technologies or AI (e.g., machine learning, OCR, NLP).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.
