Role Overview:
Weβre seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager & Roofing Technician to oversee our roofing projects and conduct roofing repairs. This dual role will require managing project operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and directly handling roofing repairs as needed. You will also be the main point of contact for clients , ensuring every project is executed with precision and professionalism .
This is an in-office and field position based in Carrollton, TX, where youβll work closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution .
What You'll Do:
β Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
β Oversee labor teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
β Coordinate job sites and manage project timelines and resources.
β Conduct roofing repairs and maintenance as needed.
β Use CRM tools and technology to streamline project management and communication.
What We Offer:

Who You Are:
β Experience Required: Proven experience in managing roofing or construction projects is mandatory.
β Roofing Repair Expertise: Experience in roofing repairs and maintenance is required.
β Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs .
β Tech-Savvy: Strong computer literacy and ability to use project management tools.
β Customer-Oriented: Skilled in customer service and building rapport.
β Self-Motivated: Hardworking, dependable, and able to work independently.
β Strong Communicator: Confident, professional, and positive in all interactions.
β Bilingual (preferred but not required).
