• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Familiarity with banquet operations and event planning is a plus.
