Restaurant General Manager – Rogers, Arkansas

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in the Rogers area for a New Restaurant Opening ! The ideal Restaurant General Manager is a visionary leader who focuses on exceptional teamwork and financial management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set high standards for food, service, and team performance
• Inspire and motivate team members to achieve our vision
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with strong teamwork and communication
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant financials

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary : up to $90,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in an Upscale Casual concept
• High volume background - must have Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant General Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
• Must be able to train out of state for this position
