Residential Installer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential settings. This role requires technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential buildings following established guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install ductwork, thermostats, and other HVAC components as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions during installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers.

Benefits
