Client: DoorDash

Location: Remote

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment (preferred).
• Experience in high-volume hiring, particularly for hourly and customer support roles, is preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Indeed is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates' resumes against position requirements.
• Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
• Document information in the system in a timely manner.
• Develop sources of qualified applicants and identify effective recruiting strategies.
• Review and evaluate applications for work history, education, training, salary requirements, skills, and abilities to determine qualifications for employment.
• Conduct interviews, administer tests, and check references and backgrounds.
• Inform applicants about job duties, responsibilities, pay, benefits, hours, working conditions, company policies, and other related information.
• Initiate Job Opening Status Reports to obtain approval for employment processes and to extend job offers to select candidates.
• Participate in recruitment and selection projects.
• Ensure compliance with local government regulations by administering employment practices within standard operating procedures.
• Assist in the development of cost-effective recruiting programs, including advertising and career fairs, to fill open positions.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.
