Radial Drill Operator 

Pay : $17/hour
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM (with occasional Saturdays)
Location : Sapulpa, OK
Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a skilled  Radial Drill Operator to join our dynamic team in Sapulpa. If you have experience with radial drilling machines and a passion for precision, this is the role for you! You'll play a critical role in drilling, reaming, countersinking, and tapping metal parts to meet exact specifications. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a supportive and experienced team.

What You’ll Do :

• Set up and operate radial drilling machines to ensure high-precision work.
• Perform drilling, reaming, countersinking, and tapping tasks on metal components.
• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to achieve project specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify accuracy and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with welders and fabricators to meet production goals.
• Maintain and perform basic maintenance on radial drilling equipment.
• Adhere to safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For :

• Hands-on experience operating radial drill machines in manufacturing or metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic machine maintenance practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding setting.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
