About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated and diligent Project Manager to act as the glue holding the core team together. In this role, you’ll monitor team progress, ensure accountability, and optimize workflows using automation tools. This is a part-time, fully remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 2-3 months.

We are looking for a Project Manager specifically with these requirements:

  • You have at least 1 to 3 years of previous experience working in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • You know how to effectively work in a fully remote settings, within small to medium-sized teams (20-40 members).
  • You have experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, while working in a similar start-up setup would be a great plus!
  • You have experience managing workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability of your team.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to identify and address gaps in performance, contributing to team success by providing actionable feedback and solutions. 
  • You know how to use the tools like Airtable and Make for process optimization.
  • You have excellent task management and prioritization skills to stay on top of multiple responsibilities.
  • You are kind, supportive, and capable of providing constructive feedback to foster growth.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • You will monitor and analyze weekly team reports, addressing gaps in information or progress.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and suggest actionable improvements.
  • You will apply automation tools like Airtable and Make to streamline team efficiency.
  • You will support the core team in meeting deadlines and achieving OKRs.
  • You will provide regular feedback on workflows and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
