Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities that are part of a regulatory requirement to achieve demonstrable process enhancements. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Risk Managers, Process Engineers, and Information Technology for the entire lifecycle of these capabilities, including planning, design, development, implementation, and closure.

Position Responsibilities:

• Project Management
• Provides end-to-end project management support to projects with little to no supervision
• Ability to effectively manage overall coordination of project activities across multiple workstreams
• Has responsibility for all aspects of the project, from concept, definition, design, implementation, evaluation of results, and the project budget
• Proactively manage project routines including kickoffs, workstream meetings, follow-ups, Steering Committee meetings, and overall project plan
• Supports projects that may break new ground and involve multiple stakeholders across cross functional and matrix managed teams
• Helps steer stakeholder feedback on key project decisions and determines when escalation is required
• Manages inter-project conflicts and dependencies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Manages business readiness activities to ensure employees and management teams preparedness for change (restate as needed)
• Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years business/banking experience
• 2-4 years of Financial Services experience
• 2-4 years of Project Management experience
• 1 year of performing data or financial analysis
• 1 year of advanced Excel experience and MS Project
• 2-4 year’s experience using MS Office Products including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
