This position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program ( EFNEP ), a vital initiative dedicated to improving health through education. Aligned with the mission and goals of the Cooperative Extension at N.C. A&T, EFNEP is federally funded and focuses on empowering limited-resource youth and families with young children through engaging and practical nutrition lessons.

As part of this role, you will directly impact the community by teaching nutrition to under-resourced youth and adults. Your responsibilities will also include delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the program, scheduling events, managing expense reports, and providing instructional support. Please note that the continuation of this position is subject to the availability of funding.

Primary Function of Organizational Unit:

N.C. A&T is a public, land-grant, doctoral research institution and has been the largest historically Black university in the country for the past decade.
