About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Product Change Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. In this role, you'll oversee project governance, funding, and timelines while preparing for seamless project launches.
As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercialization projects that involve new or modified products and packaging. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional meetings, resolving challenges, and driving the team towards successful delivery. Your expertise in guiding teams through the Ideas to Market (I2M) process, from concept to shelf execution, will be critical.
You'll have the opportunity to influence organizational leadership while balancing the big-picture strategy with the intricate details of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product development from concept to commercialization, using the I2M process.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Research & Development, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate trade-offs as needed.
Manage timelines for new product launches and productivity initiatives.
Collaborate to ensure the delivery of financial and business targets.
What You Bring
Educational Background: B.S. degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in roles focused on new product launches, such as project management, Research & Development, or Manufacturing (preferably within the CPG industry).
Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal communication.
Proficiency in supply chain operations, including cost of goods sold, capacity, logistics, planning, capital, safety, and quality.
The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Comfort navigating uncertainty and guiding teams through it.
A passion for motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals.
