Your Role

As a Managing Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering innovative and sustainable site solutions to a diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to cutting-edge acoustical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage acoustical consulting projects and build lasting client relationships.
  • Develop and execute project strategies to meet client needs.
  • Lead teams to design and deliver innovative solutions to complex environmental noise challenges.
  • Conduct technical analyses, including environmental noise surveys, sound level modeling (e.g., CadnaA, SoundPlan), and mitigation design.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and fee estimates.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional and technical development.
  • Review and interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations to ensure compliance.

About You

We are seeking an experienced acoustical consultant with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in acoustical consulting, with a focus on environmental noise assessment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools, noise modeling software, and related technical tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply environmental regulations to real-world projects effectively.
