Job Description

Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a leading company in construction industry is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join their team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating pests, insects, and rodents from residential properties. You will work closely with Superior's Property Management team to assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for tenants and homeowners. Superior has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for 14 years and prides itself in delivering clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner. Our comprehensive list of services includes roofing, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, full rehabs, plumbing and electrical repairs, landscaping, and many more.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect properties and provide recommendations for pest control measures
  • Identify and eliminate pests, insects, and rodents
  • Maintain accurate records of services and provide detailed reports to clients
  • Communicate effectively with account managers and dispatchers
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations
  • Keep up-to-date with latest pest control methods and trends
  • Maintain equipment and tools used for pest control services

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General Liability Preferred
  • Pest Control License
  • 5 years or more of Experience in pest control or related field is preferred
  • Certification in pest control is a plus
  • Knowledge of pest identification, biology, and behaviors
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Living currently in the U.S
