Job Description:

As an Overnight Hotel Front Desk Agent / Janitorial / Property Security, you will be the face of our establishment, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, as well as ensuring the property is secure at all times. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism.
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and event spaces.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborating with all other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Upholding hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.
• Being flexable to help anyone on our team with housekeeping, events, golf needs, etc.
• Ensuring every aspect of the property is secured at all times.
• Cleaning/janitoral which will include but not limited to: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, breakdown/move event tables and/or chairs, washing/drying of linens, bathrooms, glass/windows.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software, which you will get trained on.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem solving/decision making abilities.
