We are searching for an energetic Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Dennis residential area of Massachusetts. This Part-Time position offers a rate of $37-$40/visit, in addition to the Benefits shown below. Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Providing occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of a Registered Therapist
  • Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
  • Maintaining patient records and document treatments

Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.

  • Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
