Multifamily Corporate Coordinator

Job Description:  We are seeking an outgoing and highly organized Multifamily Corporate Coordinator to join our growing team.  This individual will play a vital role in acting as the administrative backbone for the leadership team.  As a Multifamily Corporate Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the multifamily division, grow your professional skills, and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and register the sales team for trade shows and networking events
• Oversee and maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials
• Assist with social media content
• Generate detailed reports for leadership 
• Complete client-specific reporting  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Highly organized and able to effectively manage time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary & Benefits

• Salary will be commensurate with experience
• 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching
• First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off
