ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Maintain, grow and expand sales within the department. Plan 6-8 months ahead of each season change and in concert with the independent sales reps to develop product rollout plans for each new season.
· Regularly communicate and meet with the military Buyers, whether remotely or in person
· Foster and develop a constant run of new military designs, working closely with the in-house art team and in the development of new attire and product choices for decorating with military themed logo.
· Monitor military activities and operations around the world to remain informed about potential sales and/or marketing opportunities.
· Oversee and conduct marketing to facilitate sales and growth, such as meetings with the independent sales team and sending out weekly flyers and sell sheets to the reps to assist them in selling to AAFES.
· Provide and facilitate high customer and independent representative service within the department.
· Represent the Company at trade shows as required
· Manage the quality and performance of personnel in his or her department.
· Develop and implement an annual sales and marketing plan.
· Hire and train independent sales reps in each AAFES location to ensure Eagle Crest fulfills its commitment of terms of the contract with AAFES.
