Job Description

Flowly Solutions is hiring a medical device assembler for our production team.

This is a full time position with consistent overtime offered to high performing employees. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be required. We offer both a day and a swing shift depending on your availability.

Prior experience in hand assembly is preferred for this role. We are able to train the right candidate on our specific procedures and products. You must be able to work with small parts and use a microscope for extended periods of time. This position requires you to be highly detail oriented with your work.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning how to manufacture a wide variety of products and parts
  • Using hand and power tools to assemble finished items
  • Working under a microscope for extended periods of time 
  • Performing final inspections and quality checks on your and other's work
  • Loading and unloading materials into a variety of machines
  • Multitasking and completing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Following detailed blueprints and instructions to make custom products for a variety of clients
  • Packaging and preparing items for shipment
  • Assisting in other departments if it is required

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in production or assembly is preferred 
  • Remaining detail oriented with your work to ensure there are no production defects
  • Computer literacy and the ability to type
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for the entire work day
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • No formal education is required
