Job Description

We are currently seeking an Intern for our Mechanical Engineering team in our Building Engineering Division at LaBella Associates.

The Building Engineering Division at LaBella provides complete building engineering services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various stages of projects, including feasibility studies, design, and construction administration, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of drawings, specifications, and reports

  • Assist with conducting field work and documenting existing conditions

  • Assist with calculations and analysis for design purposes

  • Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers

  • Support project documentation and organization

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: $17 - $21/hr.
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
