What You’ll Do:

As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our maintenance operations, ensuring our equipment and assets are optimized for maximum performance. You'll lead a dynamic team of professionals, champion safety, and implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional quality to our customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leadership:
    • Lead by example, fostering a positive, can-do culture.
    • Manage team performance, including attendance, accountability, and productivity.
    • Mentor and develop the maintenance team to excel in their roles.
  • Operations Oversight:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
    • Coordinate machinery needs, including scheduled shutdowns, major repairs, and new project launches.
  • Safety First:
    • Oversee and implement a comprehensive safety program.
    • Apply industry best practices to ensure the well-being of all employees.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies.
    • Drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years in a corrugated container facility (preferred).
    • 5–7 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector (corrugated experience highly preferred).
  • Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety protocols, and leadership principles.
    • Proven track record of overseeing equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
