Requirements:· Follow the Norfolk Design & Sales Process: Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience by adhering to the Norfolk design and sales process.
· Collaborate with the Team: As a kitchen and bath designer, you will work closely with the showroom team and coordinate with other support teams, such as delivery, construction, and customer service.
· Design, Estimate & Measure Projects: Create customized and functional designs for kitchens and baths, utilizing precise measurement skills to ensure a proper fit.
· Achieve Sales and Margin Goals: Strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual targets.
· Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Build and nurture enduring relationships with homeowner and builder clients.
· Attend Training and Events: Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry changes by actively participating in training sessions and events.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
· 3+ years in relationship-based sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design.
· Track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
· Knowledge of interior design and building materials is beneficial.
Physical Requirements:
· Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites.
· Ability to perform physical job tasks as needed.
· Ability to articulate, write, and read in English.
· Comfortable sitting and working with PC-related tasks for extended periods.
· Comfortable navigating around construction machinery and other potential site hazards if necessary
