Job Description

Fenix Capital Funding, LLC is a rapidly growing Merchant Cash Advance Company that provides working capital to small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States. Our company is seeking an ambitious, diligent, and dedicated candidate with prior experience in Merchant Cash Advance to join our team as an ISO Relationship Manager. This is a fast paced, high-pressure position in a highly competitive industry with vast opportunity for growth and advancement.

Full Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for development of the company’s referral partner base through dedicated relationship management and networking. The candidate would be expected to work closely with independent sales organizations (ISO’s), develop existing relationships and consistently improve on-going deal flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist new ISOs with on-boarding and the verification process, as well as providing a full-description of the company’s products and offerings to new and existing partners
  • Manage relationships with ISOs, oversee ISO deal flow, and monitor ISO performance
  • Provide on-going support and guidance to the ISOs
  • Work closely with Senior management and coordinate with other team-members as needed
  • Engage in a high volume of outbound phone calls – maintain constant communication with existing ISOs in addition to establishing relationships with new partners

Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance Industry
  • Familiarity and understanding of industry standards and regulations
  • Successful track record in Alternative Finance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented with drive to succeed and excel
