About the Role:

As a CBRE International Transaction Manager supporting The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints account, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of global properties.

This job is part of the Brokerage job function. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial, office, and residential properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring, leasing and disposing of properties.

  • Develop real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic goals.

  • Gather resources to execute elaborate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus properties through sale or subleasing.

  • Act as a liaison between CBRE global representatives and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Review business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.

  • Supervise the activities of Transaction Managers and brokers in global markets.

  • Lead in proposing transaction management solutions for new global markets in a way that meets clients’ requirements and timelines.

  • Manage client relationships in global markets.

  • Provide training on client processes to internal and external personnel executing brokerage activities for client on behalf of CBRE.

  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure integration between the service lines. Track all transaction activity and prepare commission invoicing, forecasts, and account metrices to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.

  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

  • Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

  • Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

  • Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

What You’ll Need:

  • As the position may include work on-site at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it is preferred that you be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Real estate salesperson’s license.

  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
