Aramark has a summer internship opportunity available within our Philadelphia Headquarters for an individual with a track record of academic success and an interest in the Supply Chain Department. 

What to expect:

• Work in our beautiful Philadelphia Headquarters
• Hands-on experience in supporting 10 lines of businesses with direct connectivity to key partners in sourcing 
• Gain experience reviewing line of business spend data, as well as Legal Agreements with key suppliers 
• Gain exposure to multiple functions at the corporate level. Have the opportunity to meet and present to leadership. 
• Gain experience with sourcing, specifically linen and terry suppliers 
• Experience the end-to-end support of the business with clear alignment on client/consumer needs, identification of contracted sourcing options to meet those needs, communication and execution of solution with post-execution tracking of KPIs 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist Directors with line of business support activities in the managed service space.  Support may include internal marketing, data analysis, survey development, account outreach 
• Develop a process and approach to grow our linen purchases in managed services with contracted suppliers through the identification of client needs 
• Assist Directors with creating line of business reporting and spend analysis as needed 
• Assist in the creation of marketing data for growth collateral to support vertical sales opportunities in non-Food and Beverage categories 
  

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate College or University with a sophomore or junior status
• Must have an interest in Supply Chain, Direct or Indirect Procurement
• Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work as a team member and to manage competing priorities
