Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Aurora, IL I 100% onsite

Hire Type: Contract to Hire

Salary: $50K-55k/yr.

We have a new Inside Sales Representative opportunity in near A, IL with a leading material handling solutions manufacturer. This is a great opportunity to work with a client who loves to promote from within and have a great culture!

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently follow up on open quotes
• Spearhead lead generation efforts through strategic cold-calling and database utilization.
• Lead the inside sales process from inception to closure, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Effectively utilize the company ERP system to generate accurate quotes and present compelling products to customers.
• Proactively address customer inquiries post-quote, ensuring satisfaction and fostering additional sales opportunities
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance overall sales efficiency.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding business development goals within a sales environment.
• Proficiency in social media engagement and adeptness in cold-calling techniques.
• Strong competitive spirit coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven by ambition and a relentless commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
