About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled individual to join our product team as an Implementation Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing solutions and integrating loan origination systems (LOS) for our clients. This cross-functional position offers the opportunity to collaborate with product, development, and partnership teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences in the fintech space. Responsibilities:

- Integration:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the solutions provided and develop expertise in fintech integration ecosystems.
- Participate in evaluating solutions with loan origination systems (LOS).


- System Documentation and Scope:
- Work closely with the product implementation team to define project scope, making informed decisions on high-level trade-offs.
- Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including exclusions, API data mapping documents, and execute API integrations.

- Communication and Project Management:
- Organize and document implementation processes using tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks, manage risks and escalations, and ensure that business requirements are balanced with technical constraints.
- Track project progress, ensuring the successful delivery of quality results within established deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in business or system analysis, preferably in SaaS, tech, fintech, digital banking, or lending technology sectors.
- Familiarity with agile processes, development environments, and tools.
- Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery.
- Ability to build, maintain, and improve technical processes.
- Knowledge of credit bureau systems, credit reports, and lending ecosystems.
- Technical proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, Web APIs, RESTful services, single-sign-on protocols, and other fintech integration technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian products (e.g., Confluence, Jira), and Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and analytics solutions is a plus.

Compensation:

- The annual base salary for this position is between $110,000 and $120,000, depending on experience.
