Join Our Journey

Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Miami based team. You'll primarily be based in our Miami offices, hybrid working is available. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our global operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to our Chief People Officer based in the UK, you'll be the most senior HR person on-site in America, supporting our employees and the Leadership Team
  • You'll manage the day-to-day running of HR in America and Canada, providing HR advice to managers and employees on a range of HR matters
  • You'll manage the employee life-cycle including recruitment and onboarding and handle HR projects
  • You'll support with fostering and nurturing employee engagement
  • You'll support with the creation of policies and make sure we're up to date with employment law at all times
  • You'll provide HR reporting and metrics to the CPO
  • You'll work alongside the UK team to ensure we think globally but act locally

What We're Looking For

  • You'll be an experienced HR professional with great communication skills
  • You'll be happy carrying out a role that has both operational and strategic elements, in a standalone position with international support
  • You'll have experience of managing a range of HR issues and managing HR projects
  • You'll be proactive and always looking for ways that we can continually improve
  • You'll have experience of policy creation and be able to demonstrate an in-depth knoweldge of American employment law
  • You'll have experience of recruitment/ talent acquisition
