Job Title: Remote HR Employee Benefits Specialist

Hourly Pay: $28 - $33/hour

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Employee Benefits Specialist to join our work from home team. In this role, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring that employees have access to competitive benefits packages and helping them navigate their options. Job Responsibilities

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and life insurance
Assist employees with benefits enrollment, claims, and eligibility questions
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits selections and changes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
Work with benefits providers to negotiate plans, rates, and resolve issues
Assist in the communication of benefits options to employees, providing guidance and support
Prepare reports and analysis to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs
Track and manage benefits administration timelines to ensure timely enrollments and updates

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Employee Benefits Specialist or in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and insurance plans
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration software
Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
