The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. Duties include but are not limited to inspecting guest rooms, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, counseling and interviewing employees, etc.

Qualifications

·1-year hotel experience preferred

· Prior supervisory experience preferred.

· Refined verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

· Basic computer skills including knowledge and experience with Operations systems such as HOTSOS, Medallia, etc.

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

· Previous experience in hotel Housekeeping preferred

· Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments

· Flexible schedule and able to work morning and evening shifts including weekends and holidays.

· Must be able to support Hyatt's purpose by identifying opportunities to display authentic human care to guests and colleagues so they can be their best.
